Intercountry Adoptions from Ukraine resume!

After a suspension of processing new adoption cases in January 2006, the Ukraine resumed acceptance of new dossiers for non-Ukrainian adoptive parents on December 19, 2006, according to a notice recently posted by the State Department.  For more information see, http://travel.state.gov/family/adoption/intercountry/intercountry_3135.html.
